Richard Rorex

Rich holds a Master's Degree in Teaching, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and is well versed in several styles of Music.  Rich offers something for everyone, whether you are a beginner of someone looking to add to your skill set he can custom tailor a lesson plan the fits your needs.  Rich teaches modern and traditional styles of guitar such as Rock, Blues, Jazz, Bossa Nova and Classical.  Rich also teaches Ukulele and Bass Guitar.

John Malone

John teaches acoustic and electric guitar.  John has a lot of real world playing experience.  He began playing professionally at the age of 14 and has played in both touring and local bands for most of his life.   John has been teaching guitar for over 30 years.  His "have fun while learning to play" approach has been a big hit with students.  Starting with basics and hand exercises you will be amazed with how fast you can learn to play your favorite songs.

 Kit Mills

Kit teaches all styles of drum set, concert and rudimental snare drum, mallet percussion, and hand percussion. An award-winning ASCAP composer holding degrees from Wheaton College (BMus, 2000) and Western Oregon University (MMus, 2015), Kit also teaches composition, music theory, and songwriting.

Since beginning his career as a music instructor in 2004, Kit has worked with over 200 private students and as a clinician and solo performer has presented to more than 2,000 others throughout the Pacific Northwest. Past students have auditioned successfully into the United States Army Band, the Seattle Seahawks' Blue Thunder Drumline, the Seattle Cascades Drum Corps, CalArts, Cornish College of the Arts, Western Washington University--to name a few--while winning numerous solo and ensemble contest performance awards on both regional and state levels. Kit loves to teach and seeks to help students exceed their own expectations on the way to personal awesomeness, both as musicians and people.
